>> “The first day of the month when the sun is in Virgo is exactly what is detailed in revelation 12.” <<

.
No.

This is about sunset, not sunrise. It is the new moon that begins every Biblical month. The new moon appears shortly after the sun sets. It is describing the moon aligning with Bethula at sunset with Ariel aligned just beyond Bethula.

I wasnt talking about the sunrise. I am talking about where the moon is at the sunset.

The new moon will be spotted in a day or two at sunset around the world.

The sun position ‘in Virgo’ meant that it was passing through that particular constellation on its way to the next one, Libra ( the scales)

If Josephus can be believed, Israel observed passover when the sun was in Aries. I have no reason to doubt that because it is called the Ram and it was located at the equinox at some point in antiquity..

And certainly the scales representing the day of atonement in the 7th month where the scales could be leveled for the year makes some biblical sense..

But that isnt what occurs today if the equinox is the main fixed pont in the observance of the feast.
Either the age has changed or they are of by a month, maybe two..

And only YHWH knows..

I find it fascinating but I don’t use the pope gregory calendar to rule my work or worship life anymore..

HalleluYah!
