And skeleton bones

And it came to pass, as they were burying a man, that, behold, they spied a band of men; and they cast the man into the sepulcher of Elisha. And when the man was let down and touched the bones of Elisha, he revived and stood up on his feet.

God performed great public miracles in the Old Testament.

Where are the great public miracles associated with the tradition of Luther?

Why do Protestants reject public miracles?

These butchered body parts are NOT Miracles nor can they produce them...just as with all the other idols and relics catholicism ‘creates’ to worship and adorn they are ‘the works’ of men's hands whose hearts and minds have ‘zero’ understanding of the risen Christ and His finished work.....nor do they desire to know the truths of.

.....Worse they falsely make claims they are the standard bearers of Christianity...who were it true could never display these relics and their affections for them if they knew Jesus Christ as HE wants to be known.

We have, as true Christians, Christ within, the hope of Glory, our coming King and Savior, who He alone is the bearer of what we believe and what is true...not some dead skeleton body parts dressed and adorned to disguise that they are “dead” and powerless.

Catholicism can play “dress-up” with their relics, false priests, buildings, shrines and alters ‘of death’ all they want to hide what is at the root of their worship....but the ‘reality’ is Jesus has lifted that veil of deception and out right abominations to the eyes of those who are His..... who understand and know the difference between His truth as He wants it to be known and the lies of the enemy of mens souls.

Habakkuk 2:18-20 ...“What profit is an idol when its maker has shaped it, a metal image, a teacher of lies? For its maker trusts in his own creation when he makes speechless idols!.." Woe to him" who says to a wooden thing, Awake; to a silent stone, Arise! Can this teach? Behold, it is overlaid with gold and silver, and there is no breath at all in it. But the Lord is in his holy temple; let all the earth keep silence before him.” We as Christians, who know our shepherd's voice and He knows ours, do not need nor desire “counterfeit miracles” wrapped up to look like what they are not....for we have Jesus Christ of and by the authority of God Almighty......He who is the author and finisher of our faith....the Alpha and Omega,... the Prince of Peace,.. The everlasting Father,.. the Messiah, Savior, Lord of Hosts and coming King of all Kings.. of which there is no other......

Relics can have no part in ‘true worship’, for “God is a Spirit and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” (John 4:24)

The extreme to which the use of false imaginary and faked relics has led in the Church of Rome is certainly not “truth”. ..but something else altogether apart from the finished work of Christ Jesus. God says in Exodus 20:23..."Do not 'make' any gods to be alongside me; ...do not make for yourselves gods of silver or gods of gold."

Leviticus 26....“You shall not make idols for yourselves or erect an image or pillar, and you shall not set up a figured stone in your land to bow down to it, for I am the Lord your God."

Psalm 115:1-18..."Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to your name give glory, for the sake of your steadfast love and your faithfulness! Why should the nations say, “Where is their God?” Our God is in the heavens; he does all that he pleases. ....Their idols are silver and gold, the work of human hands. They have mouths, but do not speak; eyes, but do not see.

Deuteronomy 29:17..."And you have seen their detestable things, their idols of wood and stone, of silver and gold,"

Nobody here worships Luther and we don’t live our lives to be encouraged by miracles. Our lives belong to Christ and seek to do His will. We encourage other believers with what we read in the Bible and we gain strength through daily prayer. God is the same yesterday, today and forever. That is much different from a lineage of many men who make things up as they go along, depending on the age they live in.
