You have it so backwards...No one receives grace as a payment or reward...Not even Mary...Grace may however prevent someone from sinning as much as they could...
Eph 3:8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
Was Paul's grace a reward for killing so many Christians???
Do you really think God could incarnate in the womb of a sinful creature?
Do you think the God who Created all that is would be worried about a little thing like that???
Not only could Jesus have been born to a sinning mother, it had to be that way...God could not be tempted by sin...Jesus was tempted by sin...
Heb_2:18 For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.
Do you really think God could incarnate in the womb of a sinful creature? How would that creature not be annihilated? In the Old Testament, when those who werent priests touched the Ark of the Covenant, they would fall over dead, fallen, unredeemed human beings were so unworthy at that time. God is outside time and to Him all things are present.
That's pretty presumptuous of you...God created time...Jesus lived in time...Jesus died in time...You don't think God could separate time???
So you are saying that since people of the Old Testament would die if they touched the ark, that Mary in the New Testament would have fallen over dead if she was not perfect and sinless when she became pregnant??? But yet Mary which Catholics claim is the new Eve (deadly ark) with God living inside her was not a death trap when people touched her...
The fables your religion spins would be the envy of Aesop...
It would also deny what scripture says about the Holy Spirit indwelling of believers.
Yes, I guess all the Christians up until the Reformation, Jesus allowed to live in a fable. His words about denting the Holy Spirit to lead His disciples to all Truth just weren’t operative. As a Catholic, I don’t have to ignore virtually everything the first centuries of Christians wrote, because the Church still teaches what they wrote. The fables have come in recent centuries which have no mention among Christians for 1400 plus years. I’m still waiting for someone to tell me what all the Christians who didn’t have
a Bible followed besides the Church. And don’t tell me they follow the Holy Spirit, as believers continue to divide themselves over endless different interpretations of Scripture.
