Simple observation of facial expressions and body language when churches have the signs of the cross made at them or when statues are bowed down to reveals to an observer what most ordinary Catholics are doing!

By the same logic, Protestants worship beds when they kneel before them.

Another one in denial....A protestant may kneel at his bed because it is convenient to rest his elbows, his prayer is guided by the burden in his heart and directed by the Holy Spirit who aids in the transmissions of groanings too deep for words to the heart of the Father. Daniel kneeled and prayed out of a window to God, 3 times a day, facing Jerusalem instead of petitioning to the king as was commanded of him.

Now both protestant and Catholic might come to an agreement that the use of a bed might be used in the aid of worship via the means of marital consummation... for as the scripture says...”The marriage bed is undefiled!”

Only if they are praying ...

Hail Bed, full of grace
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are thou amongst furniture...

Otherwise it's simply a convenient place to kneel. Seriously, you guys are really stretching it to justify abominable practices!
