To: Heart-Rest
It was very simply to show you that the act of kneeling before someone or something, kissing someone or something, etc. are NOT the same thing as "worship" -- period.

Well, that certainly is a matter of opinion because that which we call a rose by any other name.....

Not to mention, God's command in the Ten Commandments it to not make graven images and bow down to them or serve them.

Now, you can argue until the cows whether or not what's going on inside your head or heart is *worship* or whatever you want to relabel it, but bowing is bowing. It's an objective fact that can be seen and recognized for what it is.

Do you understand what bowing means? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bowing I bow to my husband, children, and others I meet on a daily basis. It's a greeting; a form of respect. I also sometimes curtsy which brings a smile to the face of my family; always good to see. :)
