Certainly it does. The forced extinction, practically, of the TLM for decades is one of the things that lead to withdrawn graces for the Catholic Church and the impropriety that followed, especially by American bishops and other ecclesiastics.
It is more than the Mass. Vatican II wasn’t solely about the Mass.
The form of the mass is prescribed by the Church. There is no shortage or withholding of graces to the Church, the clergy, to you or to me related to the form of the mass. The first masses by the Apostles themselves were not said in Latin, Greek possibly, Aramaic certainly but not Latin. Surely you don’t believe that God ‘withdrew’ graces from the Apostles for using the vernacular language they understood for mass? Its no different with us where the TLM is concerned. I agree it should have ALWAYS been a valid, often used form. I don’t agree that whatever the Church decided to do with it diminishes the graces God sheds on the Church, not for a minute.
