It in no way means this. Do a word study using the Greek and you'll understand.

The Greek text does NOT say Mary is "full of grace". That is a lie from the Catholic Church. It says " favored with grace". Now if you want to find someone that was said to be "full of grace" you can find that in Acts 6:8.

Acts 6:8 Now Stephen, a man full of God's grace and power, performed great wonders and signs among the people.

Does the Catholic Church also claim that Stephen was "without sin" or is there not only deceit but a double standard as well?
