I see. Surly, evasive, and utterly unwilling to back up wild claims with facts. That, FRiend, is what we sometimes call a “drive-by post”... which is a choice weapon of trolls. Just saying.
Come on, now. You don’t want to be called a “troll”, but you don’t want to do anything more than lob a grenade as you speed by; you can’t have it both ways.
Don’t you have any “reasons for the hope which is in you” (cf. 1 Peter 3:15)? Don’t you have any reasons for your initial claim (and the initial claimant has the initial burden of proof)? It’s a little disingenuous to do a drive-by flame, and then say “Oh, but I don’t see any real hope for meaningful conversation, so I’ll pass!” That’s rather... convenient-sounding, isn’t it? If I did that to you, would *you* buy it? I think not.
So... if you don’t want me to “mind-read” (which was actually a logical extrapolation of the comments you gave—which is all you gave me to go on), perhaps you might at least explain why you think the Catholic Church is wrong? I promise, I’ll listen attentively.
Here is my response to your first two posts:
“Id ask for actual evidence to support your claims, but so far your posts dont promise a meaningful conversation. Ill pass.”
