Number 1 is tautological. God cannot lie because if He says it then it is Truth. His Word creates.

2-6 are nonsense. God can do it. He chooses not to. So far. Without that God is not God but only a god.

God cannot be tempted by Evil because God defines the realities. Evil exists because He has given man the ability to make wrong choices. The only thing God cannot do is be evil because what God does is Good by definition.
