EVANSTON, Ill. Northwestern University, a public institution in Illinois, has announced that it will offer gender open restrooms to its students beginning this fall in order to be more accommodating to transgender students.
An announcement on the universitys website notes that the restrooms will be in the Norris University Center near the student organization offices and the LGBT Resource Center. Two existing male-female segregated bathrooms will have their placards changed to reflect that they may be used by all genders.
We are trying to be responsive to the needs of all of our students and to be inclusive, campus spokesman Bob Rowley told The College Fix. This is becoming a common occurrence on campuses across the U.S.

If it's about vanity, then who's to say whether the T is a M2F or F2M?
From a vanity standpoint, wouldn't the M2F be more comfortable in the F room, while the F2M would be more at ease in the M room?
Is it insensitive to lump all the T's together, such that the M2F's and the F2M's might not want to cohabit the same rest rooms?

This is really stupid. The obvious solution is to have bathrooms that accomodate ONE person at a time. Then there is no need for this kind of stupidity.

Those will be the pervert hookup bathrooms.
