The first person saved under the New Covenant? A thief on the cross, who had probably NEVER followed a Commandment as an adult.

The first person to see the Risen Christ? A prostitute.

The first miracle: giving good wine to wedding guests already intoxicated.

Yes, we should follow the law - but we are NOT SAVED BY THE LAW. You keep lying about what I’m saying to support your losing theory. God makes no mistakes, and there are no coincidences.

Should you be a thief? NO. Should you be a prostitute? NO. Should you be a drunk, or serve wine to drunks? NO.

But it’s NOT a salvation determination, unless you willfully persist in such things.

The Church had not been established at the time the thief died on the cross. Jesus was still alive. Not only that but Christ has the authority to forgive any and all sins.

The first person to see the Risen Christ? A prostitute.

NO, she was a Forgiven sinner and a follower of Jesus. She was no longer a prostitute.

The first miracle: giving good wine to wedding guests
already intoxicated.

Are you sure they were intoxicated? Please give me chapter and verse that quotes these guests as being drunk with wine.

Why follow the law if it has NO BEARING on your salvation..?
I never said we are saved by LAW, I said God’s laws aren’t optional. You are the one who said God’s word, which is His law, is optional. God saved us because He is gracious, He gave us a new covenant, He game us the scheme of redemption, we have to do His will, not ours.

Should you be a thief? NO. Should you be a prostitute? NO. Should you be a drunk, or serve wine to drunks? NO.

On that we agree. Because they are sinful, which is breaking God’s laws.

But it’s NOT a salvation determination, unless you willfully persist in such things.

I agree with you, God’s laws aren’t optional. They must be obeyed. Do we all fall short...? You bet...! Hence we seek forgivenss. Those that ignore God’s laws or consider them optional will surely not be saved....!
