Where does the scripture say that Peter was a priest? and where does it say Jesus ordained him as one?

Nor arguing yet any way, just want to know.

Peter was one of the Apostles present at the Last Supper when our Blessed Lord Jesus instituted the Holy Eucharist with the command “Do This in Memory of Me”, thus initiating the Apostles into the most Essentially Priestly role.

1 Pt 5:1 - The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ ...

The Greek word "elder" is "presbyter," from which we get the English word "priest".
