You'll happily accept the writing presented in post #75 because it comes from the pen of Leo XIII (paragraph #3 from the encyclical Rerum Novarum for those wondering).
If Francis had written the same lines you'd have a conniption fit.

False.
Pope Francis would never complain that, “Public institutions and the laws set aside the ancient religion.”
That would offend those of “other” religions.
If Leo XIII also said and did a lot of the other things that Francis has done in just over a year (which I tend to think are much more of an issue), perhaps.
But to equate Leo XIII with Francis is pathetic at best.
