Well....except for his belief that he continues to peddle the notion that “on the first day” etc. actually refers to a single day, when quite clearly the Bible later explains that to God a day is as a thousand years and a thousand years is as a day.

This is one of the worst distortions of the Bible there is and is a bad case of reading something into the Bible which is not supported by the text.

In Genesis 1 where day is preceded by an ordinal number it means a 24 hour day as we understand it.

Not to mention that the use of the word ‘day’ isn’t liimited to a 24 hour day, for example, “The Day of the Dinosaurs,” or “The Day of the Dead.”

So, every time the Bible says the word “day”, we have to read it as a thousand years?

Or are we maybe allowed to read things in context?

Man goes to God and asks, "What's a million years to you?"
God replies, "A second."
Then the man asks God, "What's a million dollars to you?"
God answers, "A penny."
Then the man asks God, "Can I have a penny?"
And God answers, "Sure, in a second."

Can you tell me if the word DAY means day in Genesis ?

If it does not mean Day in Genesis, when does it mean day?

Because if yoou are sure it does NOT mean day in Genesis, you must be sure where it DOES mean day somewhere else, right?
