Do you understand the old Hebrew or the Greek language at the time? Does that might mean that you must study deeper than the English language that changes the words in the bible from year to year?

I have not studied the Hebrew, but I've just finished my second semester of Greek.

The texts of the OT and the NT have not changed over time. Every new discovery confirms the existing records we have of the Bible.
