My mom died in 2007 just a few months short of being 103. She had not been to a church in decades but she had a powerful Christian testimony. I never ever heard her say a bad thing about anyone. It seems her dad taught her that if you can not say something nice about anyone, just be quiet. Everyone she met loved her.

And where do you think the church gets the money to bring services to the home bound so that they don’t lose their faith?
But than actively promoting the mission of Jesus is probably not the goal of those who act like hirelings.
The real question is why those who don’t go to church and support God’s work of salvation can expect to enter the gates of heaven. Hell is not populated only with rapists, apostates, and murderers. The lukewarm make there home in that furnace just as easily.
I was just going to post the exact same thing but I figured that I'd read a little further down and see is someone had already addressed it. These little old ladies certainly know Jesus! I'm sure they miss going to church but I would never presume that they are lost souls.....
