I have not ignored any question you have asked here...I can't help it if you don't like the answers. It isn't "arrogance" if my answers are backed up by evidence. Arrogance is when, in spite of the evidence, you presumptuously refuse to consider it because your proclaimed all-knowing, infallible magesterium has ruled Scripture doesn't really count and you are mandated to believe whatever they say. This is how we are different. I looked into what the Bible had to say about my salvation and it plainly didn't agree with what I had been brought up to believe. I chose to believe God over man and everything I have learned and experienced since then has only confirmed God was leading me all along. I KNOW I have eternal life and will go to be with Christ in heaven when I die. Those who cannot assuredly say the same, should also examine their faith.
“I chose to believe God over man and everything I have learned”
Oh pardon me for daring to question the all-knowing one. I almost forget that if you had lived during the reformation and Luther had never came along that you would have orchestrated the exact same thing. You’re as brilliant as any theologian who ever lived, and that includes Benedict 16th, Augustine, Thomas Aquinas. All of those men were Catholics because they didn’t have the brilliance of Boatbums. None of them knew scripture as well as you. Sorry I didn’t recognize that a year ago. Why argue with a great theologian like you. How silly of me.
Well stated. Hallelujah.
