I don't know if you're trying to create contradictions or you just see them where I don't. If He created all the bad things, then why do we get punished for them? But would it really be bad if He/It created it? If everything just is at it is, then there is no good vs. bad, except what we flawed humans sometimes do. But God still created us.

He did create all the bad things. He created both good and evil and told us which one to follow.
Why?
He’s a GOD. If you believe He is the one true God, do not question His motives.
JHVH isn’t all cute and cuddly. To pretend otherwise diminishes Him.
