The Bible doesn't say anything about faith coming from ‘interpreting.’

Romans 10:

And this verse also screams "sola scriptura," since that is the word of God.

That you would see sola Scriptura here is itself an interpretation! As is any attempt you would make to tell me "what Scripture really means."
