Yes they do.

I went to a Jesuit high school, one of the teachers (not a Jesuit) was a Roman Catholic priest who was married.

He’d been ordained as an Episcopal priest, and had converted. The Roman Catholic Church allows for such exceptions.

I’m interested in the “proven” qualifier. Perhaps the discussion was about men who are already married being ordained?
