I’ve been thinking about your claim to have been a Protestant. You know no one can claim salvation by being Protestant or Baptist or Methodist or any other such label. Moreover, we know there are many who sit in the pews who are unregenerate. And sadly there are many unregenerated men who stand behind pulpits and preach, too.

Claiming to have been a Protestant says nothing. There are Presbyterians down the street with a female pastor with whom I could not find agreement as to the time of day. There are whole congregations of lost Protestants. There are Protestant church buildings where the true gospel has not been preached in a hundred years. If one of God’s men tried to preach the truth they would condemn it as blasphemy and wouldn’t hear it.

By God’s grace I was never ensnared in the Roman religion, but I was once lost. I know what it is to be pulled from my pit of sin and made alive in Christ. It wasn’t my doing, He radically changed me. I know the way to God isn’t through Rome, it’s in Christ.

I know of someone who was not only ensnared in Romanism, he was a Dominican priest for decades. The first time I heard him speak he told of his time studying in Rome, about the time of Vatican II. But then God saw fit to reveal Himself to this man through His Word and gloriously saved him. He understands the Roman religion in a way I never will. He also knows Christ and the true gospel of Christ. So if you really want the truth, pray for God to show you the truth and listen to what this man has to say.

Let's put it this way I said the sinner prayer went to weekly bible studies and as far as being anti Catholic, I made the worst one on this forum look like a piker.

You have no reason to believe me and that makes no difference to me. I know my experience and how difficult it was for me to come back to the Catholic faith. I thank God for taking me out so that my return was that much sweeter.

I just finished watching half of the first video and all of the second. This man was not a Knight of Columbus. I am a current member and he has nothing about the initiation ceremony correct. If he has something that simple wrong why should I believe him about anything?

Also He is making stuff up about the drinking that occurs at KoC meetings as well as priests not being members of the KoC. Not all are but there are quite a few.

As far as Richard Bennett: Please explain to me how this man who claims to be a priest knew so little about the Letter to the Ephesians or the Letter to the Romans.

I spent 3 years in the seminary as a lay person and we were required to take classes on both the OT and NT. Students for the Priesthood and Deaconate programs were require to take classes on the entire Bible.
