Well said, FRiend. I feel it during the sacrament of Reconciliation, or when I look deep into my grandson's eyes, to cite just two examples.

IMHO, it's up to us to go to Him. If there's one thing I've learned, Catholicism is not a spectator sport...you need to be an active participant.

Oh yes! My heart is filled with such amazement and love when I look into my own grandson’s eyes. He is 5 now. It is bittersweet as I watch him grow up because I long for him to stay joyful, sweet, kind and innocent. They are truly precious. Then the world gets hold of them:(
