1 Corinthians 6:9-11 ESV:
"Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God."
So, it's not whether one is a homosexual, but whether one practice's homosexuality that determines whether they "will inherit the kingdom of God," That should be pretty clear.

...but whether one practice's [sic} homosexuality...Yes, declaring oneself to be a homosexual and indulging in homo activity are not the same. That still leaves us with the question: "Is homosexuality a born-in trait or a learned trait?"
From what I've read, I lean to believing it is a learned trait.
