Aw, thank you so much for your very kind words, dearest, beautiful AllAmericanGirl44. Free Republic is much more than a political forum for grass-roots TEA Party conservatism. In our allegiance and solemn oath to God and Liberty, we pray together and for one another and that includes our family members.

I'm going to try to get some sleep now, too and likewise, your kind words are a wonderful prelude to my humble prayers I will offer to our Lord and Savior.

I’m overwhelmed with the gracious offers of prayers, what you say of this site shines through in these heartfelt prayers.

It is now Monday at 2pm CST and sister #1 is out of surgery!

As as testimonial of the power of prayer, I offer this update:

My sister had a heart attack 12 years ago, underwent bypass and has had many issues, least of all diabetes.

Today, as they went to implant stents due to more blockage, they found there was NONE!

My heart is filled with gratitude for all who offered their prayers and our Lord for hearing said prayers.
