>>>in a word, Supersessionism<<<
I am still not quite sure exactly what it means; but I believe the old covenants have been fulfilled for about 2000 years in Christ.
Covenant 1
In Acts 2:29-37, Peter explains how Christ ascended to the Throne of David to fulfill the David Covenant.
Covenant 2
In Acts 3:25-26, Peter explained how Christ fulfilled the Abrahamic covenant as the seed of the promise. As the seed of the promise, he inherited all of the promised land. And in him are all nations blessed, forever.

Covenant 1 [...] Covenant 2
Edenic, Adamic, Noahdic, Abrahamic, Mpsaic, Aaronic, Moabic, Davidic, Messianic... The Prophets, the Inheritance of Israel, the Inheritance of Nazarenes, The Marriage Covenants of the two Houses, The Divorce of the House of Israel, the vow to remarry her, the Betrothal and Marriage of Messiah.
And that's just off the top of my head... It ain't so simple, and no, it is not all fulfilled. Not by a long shot.
