You can keep asserting the term “Bible” where I clearly stated Holy Scriptures. If you truly are asking where Jesus and the apostles quote scriptures in the NT, and where Peter called Paul’s epistles scriptures, then perhaps you need to “hit the Good Book” a bit more.

I also see you did not address my question of what is the unifying theme throughout the NT?

In answer to your where in the Scriptures do we find an affirmation of what are Holy Scriptures see Luke 24 and again the Words of Jesus confirming “it is written”

When does JESUS give us the TITLES of all of the Books and Scriptures and Writings which should be considered Sacred Scripture part of the Bible?

More to the point:

2,000 years from now, one historian might make note that some people in our age lived in luxury.
Another might come along and say EVERYONE lived in luxury since it is clear that some did.

YES, the ELITE in the Early Church, the motivated and the financed and those entrusted with Authority (The early Catholic Church) DID have access, often, to more than one separate scroll or manuscript.

It is simplistic to think that the poor, uneducated and often illiterate masses had access over vast geographic areas.

Christianity was an ORAL tradition for the vast majority of Early Christians.

That remained pretty much the case for many until the Printing Press.

If you MUST have a Bible for Salvation, you have condemned many very good Christians to Hell.

The Bible is a tool, created by the Catholic Church, to assist in the work of spreading the Good News, and to make Disciples of All Nations.

It is a valuable tool in that effort, but millions of Christian souls have made it to Heaven having never once even seen a Bible.

Gal 3:8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.
What is the scripture that preached to Abraham before the Bible was written?
