The other freeper commented on “my understanding”, it is a form of mind reading and I was calling him on it.

If the other guy in the dispute was given a warning, consider yourself warned as well.
He engaged in mindreading behavior and I did not. Your warning should properly be addressed to him alone. I did not break the rules posted on your home page.
