Jesus had such harsh words for false teachers. There is no reason for us to do anything but follow His lead on that. Such false teachers as those who deny that Jesus is God Himself are properly condemned as ‘vipers’, ‘sons of satan’ and, simply, heretics.
I think the main reason he was condemning them was for their hypocrisy. They pretended to be the gatekeepers of religion in their day but inwardly were rotten and corrupt...the ravenous wolves of his time. AND he was Jesus, the Lord, who could righteously judge a man's heart.

***And He properly condemned false teachers as ‘sons of the devil’. There’s plenty of reason to follow His lead on that, rather than to be soft & fluffy with outright heretics. Those who deny that Jesus is God Himself are rightfully condemned by Jesus and if you want to be soft & fluffy while they devour baby christian souls, it’s something that you yourself will be held accountable for.

***I’m in the process of separating the wheat from the chaff and it would appear you are spreading anti-trinitarian heretical beliefs on Free Republic. You even acknowledge that Jesus is God Himself, so it puts you in a relatively rarified atmosphere of especially tricky heretics.
