That’s not evidence. If the NT was written in Hebrew, we’d have original Hebrew texts. We do not.
The Gospel was to go to the Jew first and then the Greek.
How do you explain books like Daniel and other prophets being written in tongues other than Hebrew?

The oldest texts are the Peshitta, and the next oldest are copies of Matthew’s original Hebrew. Nothing is original.
