Your own words kill your hypothesis and deny what Jesus said. You quote Matthew 24:29 and underline “after” the tribulation to indicate you believe that is when Jesus will gather the church. Then you tell me “The tribulation is only 42 months or 1260 days” so exactly 1260 days from when the tribulation starts Jesus will return. That gives us an exact day for Jesus return yet Jesus said “no one would know the day nor the hour”.

I study ALL of scripture in context, not charts. You can make all the snarky comments you want about studying scripture not charts but scripture clearly tells us that your views cannot be correct.

I suspect that you have made up your mind so see no reason to spend time trying to help you understand Daniel’s prophesy which is the beginning of understanding the end times. Until you understand that prophesy you will run headlong into scripture that contradicts your claims.

You put words in my mouth, for I never claimed it lasted "exactly 1260 days", for Jesus had promised

Matthew 14:22 “If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened.

Rather, the Beast is given power to reign for 42 months or 1260 days, which he apparently does got get to completely enjoy.

Regarding the prophecy's in Daniel, we should use clear scripture to interpret unclear ones.

Daniel 9:26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

The identity of the he in "...he shall confirm a covenant..." could be The Messiah or the prince who is to come. You are hard pressed to prove it is either (The Messiah or future emporer Titus), or someone else (the Beast), but I am inclined to believe is is the Messiah, since his ministry was arguably 3.5 years, and at his crucifixion the veil was torn, and animal sacrifice was made obsolete. Jesus also told them:

Matthew 23:36 Truly I tell you, all this will come on this generation.
37“Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing.
38 Look, your house is left to you desolate.

Easily the worst abomination is killing God's Son, not putting a pig in the temple.

I was not trying to be snarky per se, rather I was challenging you to study the scripture. In my previous life as a pre-tribber, it bothered me no end that EVERY NT rapture passage that has timing imparted in the text always places it after the tribulation: last day, last trump, after the tribulation of those days, will not come except the apostacy, first resurrection, etc. To maintain the pre-trib viewpoint, a lot of gymnastics are required to explain that the plain meaning of the text is not what it actually means. Couple that with the absence of the rapture in the book of Revelation and the historical teachings of the early church fathers, and I was compelled to abandon that viewpoint.

Try reading the scriptures I listed in #119 without the assistance of any charts or commentaries, and determine what the plain meaning of those scriptures are.
