King of Kings then Jesus of Nazareth. Watching that now recorded off of TBN. They sometimes get programming right.
Thanks a Thanksgiving movie.

That movie has so many moments which make it a classic. My boys always loved the end in the Chinese restaurant where the duck comes out with the head still on. Hilarious.
No Scrooges on the list?
My favorite line,
Eddie: “Oh boy, this is a surprise Clark. This is just a real nice surprise. Just a real nice surprise. Here’s a little list. Alphabetical, starting with Catherine. And if it wouldn’t be too much, I’d like to get something for you Clark. Something really nice.”
I like the version of “A Christmas Carol” with George C. Scott playing Ebenzer Scrooge.
Buy my favorite is “3 Godfathers” directed by John Ford.
I’ve always liked “Shop around the Corner” with Jimmy Stewart, Frank Morgan and Margaret Sullavan. It was on just the other day on TCM, but I missed it. All the others listed above are great too.
“A Christmas Carol” starring Alastair Sim.

Better brush up on your movie history.
Frank Capra was a very well known director winning three Academy Awards.
Jimmy Stewart was a very well known actor, an Academy Award winner for The Philadelphia Story (I thought he was better in Mr. Smith Goes to Washington)and was a WWII B-24 pilot.
laurel and Hardy’s Babes In Toyland, a bit dated but the finale is well worth it!
Die Hard. Love me some Alan Rickman as Hans Gruber!
“Toys” (Robin Williams)
Visual motif is Rene Magritte, if that tells you something.
That is my favorite version, followed by George C. Scott.
