The scriptural evidence does NOT support the idea that Jesus is God.

John 1:1 is the most famous but it is translated various ways and as I have posted The Book of John itself says its purpose is that you might believe Jesus is the Son of God.

Anyway, I have learned there is no point in arguing with most Trinitarians. They do not want to see.

Again just saying others are wrong without presenting your rebuttal does not make what you say correct. Hiding behind obscure lexicons and manuscripts is what 'good' cults do.

QUOTE: The scriptural evidence does NOT support the idea that Jesus is God.

Even if we agree to disregard the Deity passages in Colossians, Philippians and John, How do you explain this?

Jesus created everything (John 1:3), holds it all together(Col 1:17), received worship (Matt 28:9), forgave sins (Mark 2:5), and raised himself from the dead (John 10:17-18).

All of these actions are attributed to God, and reserved for him. So what does this make Jesus?

The term son of God is used various ways in the Word. Angels are sons of God in glory. All men are sons of God by Creation, which does not make them redeemed. Christians are Sons of God by Redemption. In John 3:16 we read ,Jesus is the only Son of God. The Greek for only-begotten is monogenes, and translated that is mono (one) and genes (kind). Jesus is the unique Son of God, deity from deity.
