Do you assert the moral equivalency of a church billboard, say the one posted on this thread, and a bill board to proselytize for Islamic terrorism? Both are proselytizing, right? So they are the same morally, right?

You just moved the goalposts. I never asserted that a church billboard and one proselytizing for Islamic terrorism are equivalent. That would be absurd, as the latter is advocating the murder of innocent people, and the former is not.

On the other hand, I will assert the equivalence of a billboard that proselytizes for atheism and one which proselytizes for Christianity.
