The link provided is based on a premise that Paul differed from Peter in not preaching repentance.

Even tho one can not find the word repent in the Epistles of Paul, it stands to reason (to me) that belief in Jesus Christ is repentance...

I believe it is part of the process of God working in the sinner who believes. God is doing the work of convicting the heart of the sinner.
