RE: If a Jew accepts Jesus, and still remains a Jew, will consuming pork be a violation?

Short answer — NO. In Jesus Christ, there is dietary FREEDOM.

Today, modern methods of testing, harvesting, and storage help protect us what was at the time of Moses, unclean animals ( including shellfish).

Further, this dietary law applied only to the Jewish people UNDER the Mosaic law.

In Christ, dietary laws have been superceded. Only MORAL laws are to be obeyed.

Therefore, it is not an abomination for you (or your neighbor) to eat pork. Enjoy (that is, if you believe in Yeshua).

However, if a believer in Yeshua still refuses to eat pork, THAT’s OK too. There is FREEDOM when it comes to diet, the only restriction being one’s HEALTH.

You Sir are a fool of the first order. The Torah is the rules to live by G-D gave us. I live inside of Torah by the word of G-D everyday as best I can. My G-D is not double minded or says one thing one time and another at another time. Yeshua said "Do you think I came to put away the Law?" No he lived inside of Torah everyday of his life. The Feasts are the Feasts of G_D not Jews, just as the Law is the Law of G_D not of the Jews.
