I am not favorably impressed by the effort to put the most negative construction on everything the Pope said, or purportedly said, especially when the article you are referring to does not have one single, direct quote, properly so called ... Nice try, but no cigar. The final article was reviewed and approved by the Pope and has been posted on the Vatican's website. If you question the interview's veracity, blame the Pope and his leper curial court (as he fondly addresses it), don't blame me.
