The REAL question is: Why did Paul counsel against it? I've already given you the Scripture on that, so I won't repeat it. He was also an apostle. Saved and given his commission by direct revelations from the risen Christ. Until you can answer that question with any kind of coherency using Scripture, I would say you have no idea, really, and are just grasping at straws now.
