The important part is the changing of water into wine and the bread into Christ’s body. Catholics generally give lousy homilies.

What church changes water into wine in its service?

She “misspoke” (mis-typed) - in the Catholic Mass, water is not changed into wine; wine is changed into the Blood of Christ, as was done at the Last Supper.
