John 2:1 On the third day there was a wedding at Cana in Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there.
John 2:3 When the wine ran out, the mother of Jesus said to him, They have no wine.
Acts 1:14 All these with one accord were devoting themselves to prayer, together with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and his brothers.
Scripture is clear in calling her *mother of Jesus* not *mother of God*.
Words mean things and Saying *mother of God* says something different than *mother of Jesus*.
Kind of a surrogate mother for Jesus-in-the-flesh. I wouldn’t even see the need for incorporation of Mary’s own genetic material at all here. Whatever our best scientists can do, God can obviously do in spades.
Scripture also calls her the mother of "God."
To paraphrase you: Words mean things "Mother of my Lord" is the same as saying "Mother of God"
