I work for a small company. I never talk about this issue at my job because I have what many today would a call a radical viewpoint, i.e., I actually focus on my actual work and little or nothing else. But if my boss who claims to be an actual churchgoing Christian actually asked me to voice an opinion on it, I would point back to what the Scripture says.
When you say it’s coming to your job next month do you mean they’re about to put you through that PC brainwashing known as “sensitivity training”?
Euphemistically called "Diversity and Inclusion Training." If they ask my opinion, I will have no problem expressing it.
