this question has been answered many times. Let me make this as clear as possible. Luther removed 7 books form the Bible and parts of 2 more to satisfy his hatred of the Catholic church. He had no authority to do and was following in the man made tradition of a group of Jewish rabbis that did the same for the exact same reason.
The proof of the different canons is there as well of the proof that they contained heretical writings. You want to believe it fine, if not, equally fine.
I am continually amazed at the mental gymnastics that protestants are willing to go through in refusing to admit that the Catholic Church is correct about everything much less anything.
I am equally continually amazed that anyone on this forum STILL insists that Luther removed books from the Bible. That is completely FALSE and it has been proved many, many times. Once again, here is a link to help educate those whose ignorance seems to never improve: http://tquid.sharpens.org/Luther_%20canon.htm#a2. Whether or not someone chooses to read this article, doesn't mean they haven't been given proof, so they should stop repeating false "facts" and using whatever "mental" gymnastics necessary to avoid it.
If the Catholic Church is making this statement and it is not just your own personal view, then I can assert that "they" are INCORRECT about this along with other doctrines.
