My point is that most of the word is written by men.

Then do you consider it the word of God? His direct, divine, Spirit inspired, God breathed special revelation of Himself to us?

Or does the fact that He used human instruments to write it down invalidate it's very nature?

God breathed it to man's ear. Man wrote it down. Where is the weak link in this chain? Or do you consider the map to be the actual thing?
