Okay. I'm the most notorious "anti-Catholic bigot" on this site, but this is just getting ridiculous.
You cannot believe a book is the Word of G-d on its own authority. Many, many books claim to be the "Word of G-d." The true Word of G-d has to actually be externally authorized in some manner--by G-d Himself.
To believe the Bible is the Word of G-d because the Bible claims to be the Word of G-d (and of course since it's the Word of G-d it must be believed when it claims to be the Word of G-d) is to both affirm the consequent and reason in a circle.
Who verifies the word of a Prophet?
“The true Word of G-d has to actually be externally authorized in some manner—by G-d Himself.”
That’s exactly what he says: “discovered that the Bible teaches clearly that it is FROM God.” He asserts that its authority stems from God.
“is to both affirm the consequent and reason in a circle.”
The scripture testifies of its own validity in its coherent structure, the prophecy that has been fulfilled, and its historicity. Most importantly, it is God who testifies of its truthfulness by revealing Himself through it by the regenerating power of the Holy Spirit, without which no one can know anything of God.
