Silly. I have personally known more than one Catholic Priest who had a blonde, brunette or redhead (or two or three!) who did not become Evangelicals. They just kept on doing their priestly duties (and seeing their women). Guess they are good Catholics, because they didn’t try to be “their own popes?”
... and, please, explain how coming to faith in Christ, Who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, somehow — in your view — constitutes an “abandonment of the truth?”
