Seriously, though. It was the Catholic Church who finalized the canon in the 4th century.

Finalized at the Council of Trent

The 73 book Canon of Scripture was closed by Pope St. Innocent I in 405 A.D., that's early fifth century. Trent reaffirmed the Canon that existed for 1140 years.
