Sappy nonsense in the guise of comfort is more annoying than anything else.
It's only comforting for believers; unbelievers reject God and hate the truth.
The only peace and comfort unbelievers have is in this life, of worldly things.
And when they die, they can't take those things with them.
And so there is no purpose to all their worldly graspings.
It was all vanity (a waste).
Read Ecclesiastes (the preacher), it tells all about vanity.

The only peace and comfort unbelievers have is in this life, of worldly things. Having family and friends to enjoy the company of, is not "worldly". Neither are these things excluded to those who cannot indulge in fantasy beings and worlds. Only a blind fool brainwashed by dogma can come to that idiotic conclusion. I pity the empty lives of such people.
