What is wrong with the Catholic Church that this continues going on? Is there THAT many homosexual predators in the priesthood? Isn't it about time the Roman Catholic Church purge these people? Are seminaries still run like gay bathhouses in some places? Good grief.
What is wrong with man that he is fallen in nature? In the world there are about 500,000 Catholic priests, each a flawed human being and each a target of Satan. Please identify any other organization that has a similarly low number of incidents per clergy.

I dunno for sure, but some of it could be chalked up to a time-lag effect, with it taking some time for past influences to be eradicated?
At the very same time-frames, what do we see but a huge increase in sexual immorality in the wider culture? We can also lay some blame there? Meanwhile, they're not the only group with problems.
Unfortunately, Roman Catholic culture itself, both on the positive side (don't broadcast others sins, don't break the "seal" of the confessional booth---although some always have, here & there) and the initial denials that any such thing could be widely found in their own priesthood, made it both easier for abusers to hide, or simply be shuffled around while they were "counseled".
In addition to that sort of thing, here of late there has been a ratcheting up of gay demands across-the-board culturally, too, coupled with attack on Christianity. All "faith" or religion deemed good, except for the one with the most adherents, and the one which traditionally gives strong disapproval of homosexuality, much less predatory practices (if we discount secular humanism). So it is a struggle against the "humanists" which include the faggots, along with pretty much all materialists, whom recognize the creation and/or creature only, while denying there be a Creator.
They (the materialists) have been assembling their forces, doing their mind-control work along those lines, for some time now. Part of the overall effort, is trying to push sexual deviancy as normal, and now, pushing for legislation that would punish pretty much anyone for simply saying homosexuality is unnatural, unhealthy, deviant, unwise, eventually if not sooner harmful to those whom engage in that behaviour, etc.
Can you point us to the threads where you've posed the same question about public education or the baptists or any of these protestants?
Do you accept everything you read on the internet as fact or do you reserve that only for select topics?
