In one of your own posts you said a priest in a state of sin could do the conscreating ritual.

Indeed he can, but without the authorization to do so by the church. If the priest is in a state of mortal sin, he can still perform as a priest....his ordination allowed him to do that. The church, of course would not approve if it knew of his sinful stste, but nevertheless the sacraments that he administered would be fully beneficial to the recipient...if he married you, you are married.

They most certainly would because they most certainly did. They transferred priests from parish to parish to continue their sins knowing what they had done. The Catholic Church was knowingly allowing that practice to continue. Scripture does have instruction that once again the Catholic Church ignored.

1 Corinthians 5:11 But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner—not even to eat with such a person. 12 For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? 13 But those who are outside God judges. Therefore “put away from yourselves the evil person.”

CynicalBear has already answered this, and with this scripture:
1 Corinthians 5:11 But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner—not even to eat with such a person. 12 For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? 13 But those who are outside God judges. Therefore "put away from yourselves the evil person."
That should make it quite clear.

Do "not even [to] eat with such a person"

Is not the communion "host" devoured in a manner that could be called eating?

God forbids such from Christians.

The church knew of the sinful state of their pedophile priests.

And they did approve by the act of sending them to other areas where they carried on the same despicable acts upon children.

And preformed the "consecration" ritual and administered it to attendees.

Do you suppose the leadership told the priests to not do communion, just concentrate on the children? I think not

Buy the church's actions (inaction?), they were condoning the behavior even though they knew of the moral sin.

So in actuality, the Catholic church approved and authorized priests to do something expressly forbidden by scripture.

There are good examples of "be ashamed!!!" That is a lot worse than the "error" of knowing two ways to spell a word.
