Are you capable of understanding the difference between saying an action is not approved by God and condemned and a PERSON who does certain things is condemned by God?
Let me give you one more example that should help. Do you think God smiles down on people who have Easter egg hunts in their yards, give out Easter baskets full of candy eggs, jelly beans and chocolate bunnies, who worship the goddess Eostre and dance for the Spring equinox praising sex and fertility in the new year? I don't think God likes it at all, though you may have the opinion that it doesn't matter as long as your "heart" is in the right place. Do you believe like I do and as CB has said that the resurrection of Jesus Christ during this time of year is the reason to rejoice and we shouldn't bring pagan rituals and symbols into the remembrance of the most important event of our faith?
Again, I think you really DO understand the point Cynical Bear made when he said those kinds of words and you are having fun with mocking non-Catholics who refuse to believe everything that you do. That's just my opinion, though, something you said I was ENTITLED to just like Cynical Bear and Roamer_1 and Metmom and Count Your Change and.... Eventually, you're going to tire of this game but I am sure that you have not done your Freeper reputation much good with it. And, every time you spit out these accusations whenever Cynical Bear posts his thoughts about ANYTHING at all, we will still remember that it's all really a game and ignore it much like we already do the cartoons.
Have a good night.
And Aaron had his rationalizations for attempting to mix the pagan calf worship with worship of God. No smile of approval given.
No smiles for weeping over the death of the god Tammuz either.
That is manifestly what is fitting in this case.
Ezekiel 8:13 He said also unto me, Turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations that they do. 14 Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD's house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz.
RM already had many of them removed, yet we see the same tired stuff.. We've seen the cereal box and other snarky pics, too many times, with no intelligent discoourse...its personal, its not edifying, and its...

And it’s Elsie and Quix. And thankfully Quix is no longer here.
And I would like all of these kind of pics to go away as well. From all posters.
Mine are a RESPONSE to Narses.
Yet MINE have disappeared.
Go figger...
You’ll have to find the pope kissing the Koran on your own it seems...
Simple words. Spin all you want.
All of the Lent and Easter abomination is pagan and God clearly condemned it in scripture.
God doesnt smile down on people who celebrate Easter.
‘How many times must we be shown this ridiculous repetitious pile?”
A little thin skinned are we?
“There is no reasonable response to ignorance.”
I agree, hence my posts that you object to.
Saints Intercede for us.
Once you understand thiss it really does not matter how its worded since God knows our hearts
From Scripturecatholic.com...
1 Tim 2:3 - because this subordinate mediation is good and acceptable to God our Savior. Because God is our Father and we are His children, God invites us to participate in Christs role as mediator.
1 Tim. 2:5 - therefore, although Jesus Christ is the sole mediator between God and man, there are many intercessors (subordinate mediators).
1 Cor. 3:9 - God invites us to participate in Christs work because we are Gods fellow workers and one family in the body of Christ. God wants His children to participate. The phrase used to describe fellow workers is sunergoi, which literally means synergists, or cooperators with God in salvific matters. Does God need fellow workers? Of course not, but this shows how much He, as Father, loves His children. God wants us to work with Him.
Mark 16:20 - this is another example of how the Lord worked with them (sunergountos). God cooperates with us. Out of His eternal love, He invites our participation.
Rom. 8:28 - God works for good with (the Greek is sunergei eis agathon) those who love Him. We work as subordinate mediators.
2 Cor. 6:1 - working together (the Greek is sunergountes) with him, dont accept His grace in vain. God allows us to participate in His work, not because He needs our help, but because He loves us and wants to exalt us in His Son. It is like the father who lets his child join him in carrying the groceries in the house. The father does not need help, but he invites the child to assist to raise up the child in dignity and love.
Heb. 12:1 - the cloud of witnesses (nephos marturon) that we are surrounded by is a great amphitheatre of witnesses to the earthly race, and they actively participate and cheer us (the runners) on, in our race to salvation.
1 Peter 2:5 - we are a holy priesthood, instructed to offer spiritual sacrifices to God. We are therefore subordinate priests to the Head Priest, but we are still priests who participate in Christs work of redemption.
There’s more about me on NGTIAM’s page than on MINE!
Saints are dead, Jim.
Saul wanted a Holy Man of GOD to 'intercede' for him; and we KNOW how THAT turned out!
