if Jesus died on a wednesday, Saturday would be the 4th day and sunday the 5th day.

Luke 13 is crystal clear how the Bible counts days.

any part of one day, is counted as a day.

wed, thurs, fri and sat is not a perfect three days according to the Bible, it is 4 days.

.
Absolutely false.

All of the Lord’s days begin and end at sundown.

Sundown on wednesday began day one, and sundown on saturday ended day three. That was when Christ arose from the tomb, at the beginning of “First Fruits.”

Your ideas are anathema to the Bible, and all true belivers.

It's not about when he died; it's about how long he was in the earth. Jesus was placed in the Sceplucure about sundown that Wednesday, which begins the next day on the Jewish calendar. And thus the first night according to Rood's timeline which makes far more sense than your 7/11 analogy.

It follows perfectly with the actual sacrifice of the Passover lamb that occurred on the very same day.

I agree with others that Jesus arose prior to the Sunday morning when Mary discovered the tomb was empty.

Unless you bother to view the entire presentation, you are really just wasting everyone's time since it's impossible to debate what Rood's timeline is and his underlying justifications with someone who doesn't have a clue.

Sorry, that's just a fact. ;)

no, Jesus would have been put in the tomb about 3pm to 6pm wednesday afternoon
Thursday began at sundown wednesday night
friday began at sundown thursday night
Saturday began at sundown friday night
Sundown Saturday night began the first day of the week

the Scripture is clear, before dawn the tomb was already empty
before dawn, the soldiers saw someone roll away the stone, in fact, the language is evening time, not even close to dawn

You didn’t read that link I posted, did you?
